This privacy policy applies to the AI Translate Pro app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Shihab365 (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not collect precise real-time location data (GPS) of your device. The Application generally does not require you to register or provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name or phone number) to use the main features.
However, the Application may collect certain non-personal information automatically, including, but not limited to:
The type of mobile device you use.
Your mobile operating system.
IP Address (collected automatically by third-party services for security and configuration).
Device Permissions
To provide the core translation features, the Application requires access to specific components of your mobile device. We use these permissions strictly for the functionality of the app:
Camera Access:
Purpose: Required for the "Camera Translator" and "Text Recognition" features.
Usage: To capture images of text in order to translate them.
Data Handling: Images are processed locally on your device (using Google ML Kit) or sent to secure translation APIs. We do not store your photos on our servers and do not share them with third parties.
Microphone / Audio Recording:
Purpose: Required for "Voice Translator" and "Conversation Mode".
Usage: To listen to your speech and convert it into text for translation.
Data Handling: Audio data is processed only for the moment of translation. We do not record conversations in the background, and we do not store audio files on our servers.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (e.g., Advertising ID) or configure the app based on your device.

Data Retention
Since we do not require user accounts or login, we do not store your personal data on our servers. Historical data (such as translation history) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the application.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we strictly delete this.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
