Shihab365 ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") built the StackWidgets Pro app as a Commercial (Paid) app. This SERVICE is provided by Shihab365 and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.


1. Information Collection and Use

StackWidgets Pro is a strictly standalone, offline application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, user identifiers, or usage metrics.

All widget operations, including the calculation of time, date, and battery metrics, are performed locally on your device.


2. Local Processing and Device Data

To provide dynamic widget features (such as Time Progress, Battery Status, and Countdowns), the app accesses certain device states (like the current time or battery level). This data is processed in real-time entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.


3. Permissions

To ensure the widgets update accurately and perform as expected without freezing, StackWidgets Pro requires the following system permissions:

Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): This allows the app to automatically restart the widget update loops (like the progress rings) after you reboot your phone or update the app.

Schedule Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Required to update the progress widgets precisely minute-by-minute.

Battery Optimization Exception: The app may request you to ignore battery optimizations. This is strictly to allow the widgets to update reliably in the background without being suspended by the Android OS.

These permissions are used solely for the core functionality of the widgets and not for any tracking, data collection, or malicious background processes.


4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

StackWidgets Pro is a premium, paid application. It does not contain any advertisements, third-party analytics trackers, or external SDKs that monitor your behavior.


5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect any personal information, it inherently complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other global child protection guidelines. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.


6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your support by purchasing our app. Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your personal information through this app.


7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
